Return Process

  Log in to your ener-Z account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the electronic device back in its original manufacturer packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure full credit eligibility.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our testing facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
